Kroma

The problem was never that businesses did not want to reply. DMs arrive at 11pm, on weekends, and in volume, and every hour a high-intent buyer waits is an hour they spend looking at a competitor.

Kroma sits on the inbox rather than replacing it. A custom LangGraph.js graph engine runs on Supabase Edge Functions (Deno), with an orchestrator loop that does pgvector similarity search over a per-tenant knowledge base, executes tools dynamically, and delegates to state-aware sub-agents for sales, booking and complaint resolution.

The integrations are the hard part: custom Model Context Protocol clients and servers, two-way sync with Shopify's GraphQL API, and Google Calendar over OAuth 2.0 with HMAC-signed push webhooks. Bookings and stock are protected by atomic database RPCs, so two agents cannot double-book a slot or oversell a product under load.

Multi-tenant subscription gating, tool-level permissions and prompt-injection defences are built in rather than bolted on.
